Sight-Seeing Tour
Starting & Terminating at Glasgow Airport
Day 1 The tour begins
at Glasgow Airport, and first to the Scottish Borders
Region, visiting New Lanark and The Falls of Clyde,
Melrose Abbey, Abbotsford House, to Jedburgh. Overnight
Jedburgh.
Day 2 A day touring
the Borders region to include the town of Kelso,
Floors Castle, and Mellerstein House. Overnight
Jedburgh.
Day 3 Today we drive
east to west across the Borders Region, across the
scenic Tweedmuir Hills, to Moffat, New Cumnock,
and Culzean Castle. Then by ferry to The Isle of
Bute. Overnight Rothsay, Isle of Bute
Day 4 A superb scenic
day today, driving up through the Western Highlands
to Oban, visiting, Loch Fynne, Otter Ferry, Inverary
Castle and the Lochgilphead Peninsula on the way.

Day 5 A day tour
to the Island of Mull (this is weather dependant)
or a scenic drive to include Fort William, The Great
Glen, Fort Augustus, & tour of Loch Ness. Overnight
in Oban
Day 6 From Oban to
the Isle of Skye through Glen Morrison, and Glen
Shiel, visiting Eilean Donan Castle and Plockton
on route to the ferry we take across the Sound of
Sleat. Overnight Portree, Isle of Skye.
Day 7 A day around
the Isle of Skye to include Dunvegan Castle, Stein,
Uig, Staffin,And time to look around Portree. Overnight
Portree, Isle of Skye.
Day 8 Today you take
a fabulous scenic route up the western coastline
from the Isle Of Skye to the town of Ullapool, visiting
Applecross, and the award winning Garden at Inverewe
on the way. Overnight in Ullapool
Day 9 Another scenic
drive in the Highlands, to Scourie, and Laxford
Bridge in North West Sutherland (the most northerly
point of the tour), and returning to Ullapool via
Loch More and Loch Shin. Overnight in Ullapool.
Day 10 Ullapool to
Inverness today, visiting Dunrobin Castle, Dornoch,
Tain and Invergordon on the way. Overnight in Inverness.
Day 11 A day touring
the Inverness area to include the Culloden Battlefield
Centre and Cawdor Castle, with free time in Inverness
in the afternoon.
Day 12 Leave Inverness
and drive south through Aviemore and The Cairngorms
National Park to Edinburgh, visiting Pitlochry,
The Edradour Distillery, and The House of Bruar,
on the way. Overnight Edinburgh.
Day 13 The day begins with a Tour
of the city of Edinburgh, then in the afternoon
you have free time to wander the Royal Mile, visit
Holyrood Palace, and explore on your own. Overnight
Edinburgh.
Day 14 Today we head
for Stirling Castle your final Castle of the tour.
Late afternoon we return to Glasgow Airport where
you spend the light prior to flying home tomorrow.

Day 6 By ferry from
the Isle of Skye to “The Hebrides Islands”
– of Lewis and Harris. A tour of The Isle
of Harris and the Harris Tweed Centre before heading
for the Isle of Lewis. Overnight Stornoway.
Day 7 A day touring
the Isle of Lewis, to include Carloway the Blackhouse
Village, the Callindish Stones, and Britain’s
most north-westerly point at Butt of Lewis Overnight

Day 8 Free time in
the town of Stornoway this morning, before returning
to the Scottish Mainland by ferry to the town of
Ullapool, in the North West Highlands Overnight
Ullapool
Day 9 From Ullapool
we drive south through Inverness, Aviemore and The
Cairngorms National Park to Glasgow Airport, visiting
Pitlochry, The Edradour Distillery, and The House
of Bruar, on the way.
